His visionary leadership drives the connection between Japan and Myanmar, fostering employment opportunities for Myanmar resources in Japan, supporting ambitious Myanmar students in their educational pursuits in Japan, and offering exceptional interpretation and translation services to facilitate effective communication across cultures.

Mr. Aung Myin’s forward-thinking approach has also led to the development of an innovative e-learning website, dedicated to enhancing the skills and capabilities of Myanmar’s valuable resources. With his strong commitment to excellence, Mr. Aung Myin plays a pivotal role in making a positive impact on individuals and societies, fostering growth and progress at an international level. During her over 8 years career in Myanmar Human Resources Management Institute (the first business education and management training institute in Myanmar), she has a lot of experiences about managing and interacting with people to support them to meet their needs and uses the instruction of excellent facilitators and teachers in the workplace.

She is focusing to support individuals and organizations run better and more systematically.

She is currently working with MYANWAVE Company Limited to develop the Charmya eLearning platform for Burmese around the world and she involve to find and present about the inspiring ‘business stars’ and ‘career stars’ who making positive impact to the society and economy.

Meet Ms. Khaing Zar Zar Lwin, Assistant General Manager of MYANWAVE Company Limited. Holding an English Bachelor’s, MBA from Lincoln University, Malaysia, and pursuing a Ph.D., she boasts two decades of excellence in Administration, Business Development, and Operations Management. As chief representative of Profit Center Myanmar, SHEINOVIC Global Division, she orchestrates seamless communication between management and stakeholders. Her poised demeanor, corporate acumen, and organizational skills shine, backed by a deep grasp of business functions across retail and corporate sectors.

Beyond her professional achievements, Ms. Khaing mentors Myanmar students pursuing education and careers in Japan, leveraging her ability to convey a compelling vision for the company’s growth. Her purview extends to facilitating Myanmar Human Resources placement in Japan and spearheading an online learning platform for global Myanmar communities.

With a unique blend of experience, management finesse, and leadership, she’s a key advisor adept at meeting diverse stakeholder expectations.
